I wasn’t great at waitressing

I couldn’t sort the cutlery
I couldn’t do a rinse
I couldn’t wait to bugger off and meet a handsome prince
I wanted to be waited on
I wanted to be glam
I wanted to become the gorgeous creature that I am

I wondered what’s the plan

I thought I’ll do the lottery
I thought I’ll study well
I thought I’ll start a business with stupendous things to sell
